LAST 1 STANDING 介绍
LAST 1 STANDING （中文暂名：谁能站到最后）是新加坡VHQ电视制作公司与湖南卫视为迎接奥运共同打造的一档电视节目
这是一档大型户外竞技类节目，我们在中国选择了8大著名的风景点，并请世界著名的赛事设计师根据各个景点的特点精心设计了比赛项目，来自世界各地的16名户外运动爱好者（其中中国选手4名）将在这8个景点进行各项技能的角逐，（其中在第1个景点将进行淘汰赛，该站比赛之后，选手将剩下6人，这6人将全程参与余下的7站比赛。6人中有1人为中国选手）在竞技的同时亦向世界展示中国名山大川的秀美，并最终角逐出谁是最后的胜利者。
这档节目将于08年6月开始在湖南卫视播出，是湖南卫视08年奥运年的强档节目，并将由新加坡VHQTV公司推销到东南亚和欧美国家的电视台（VHQTV是一家著名的电视节目制作公司，主要负责面向东南亚和欧洲的电视台制作各类节目，他们亦向诸如：“探索频道”、“国家地理杂志”等频道提供节目）。
湖南卫视承担挑选4名中国选手的任务，我们将在全国范围内挑选最好的户外选手、最适合上电视的魅力选手（男女不限）。
参与LAST 1 STANDING不仅让你体验到非凡的户外运动经历，更让你有跟此中高手一较身手的机会，当然还能饱览中国的秀丽风景，更有机会赢得奖金和成为电视明星。

Last1Standing is designed to find the “toughest person” in the world .The contest takes place against the backdrop of spectacular Chinese locations on the way to Beijing in the build-up to the Olympics. It’s an opportunity to be in China during an exciting period in its modern history and at the same time test your mental and physical strength in a programme that will be broadcast around the globe.
Last1Standing的本意是找到世界上“最坚强的人”。比赛在中国壮观的自然景点中进行，终点是正在筹办奥运的北京，参加比赛不仅能为你提供在中国最令人兴奋的发展时期感受中国的机会同时也将在全球电视观众面前考验你的智力与体力。
From those who respond to our invitation , we will select 16 competitors to take part in an elimination leg at one of China’s great national wonders. If you are one of the chosen few you will be expected to arrive in China (we will pay your return air fare) by November 14th and be ready to compete by November 17th. From the knock-out, elimination leg, there will be five successful contestants (plus a representative from the host nation) who will go forward to a seven leg final that will all feature natural wonders of China and the last of which will take place on the Great Wall ,close to Beijing on December 8th.
从那些回应我们邀请的人当中，我们会选出16位参赛选手参加一个在中国境内的著名景点进行的淘汰赛。如果你是少数几个被选中对象中的一个，我们希望你能在在11月14日前来到中国（我们将负责你的来去路费），准备参加11月17日的竞赛。经过淘汰赛，将会有五位成功晋级到最后7站决赛（另外一位是来自东道主国家的代表）这7站决赛将在中国的7个自然景点中进行，并在12月8日左右到达北京长城。
The series will be recorded and transmitted just before the Olympics on television stations around the world.

It’s a cruel world and unfortunately the ten other contestants chosen to take part in the Elimination Leg will return home empty handed apart from their return ticket and a token of appreciation from the Last1Standing team.
这是个残酷的世界，不幸的是另外10名在淘汰赛中被淘汰的选手将两手空空的回家—怀揣着返程机票和“LAST 1 STANDING”节目组的感激。

To make it as easy as possible for potential competitors to decide the Last1Standing Adventure Race have prepared the following information to help you to get you to the start line as easily and cost effectively as possible. However, details of the actual challenges will remain secret but have all been fully tested by a professional crew for feasibility and safety purposes .
为了使得选择参赛选手的过程尽可能简单，Last1Standing冒险竞赛已经准备了以下信息来帮助你尽量容易地开始为比赛做准备和尽可能地省时省力。正式的比赛细节将会事先保密，不过都已经经过专业人士测试了其可行性和安全性。
Schedule
14th November – 8th December
Including the Elimination Leg there will be eight legs at different venues on the way to Beijing . Each leg will be filmed on a single day and in-between will be travel that will also be filmed and form. part of the programme .

在通往北京的路上，包括淘汰赛在内分别有8个竞赛在不同的地点举行。每一站比赛将被安排在一天录影，赛站之间的行进过程也将被跟拍作为节目的一个内容。
Accommodation:
You should know that the programme format requires all contestants to sleep in tens on campsites between events and to travel the whole route to Beijing by road. The trip requires all competitors to sleep in the tents which the committee has provided.
住宿
节目要求所有的竞赛者在比赛期间在户外搭帐篷宿营并且驾车去北京。旅途中参赛者所需要的帐篷由节目组提供。
Food:
All meals for competitors will be prepared by the Last1Standing Race appointed chef and his assistants on campsites each day.
食物
所有竞赛者的食物都由Last1Standing指定厨师和助手在野外提供。
Prizes:
All six finalists are guaranteed a cash prize.
The total cash prize pool will be USD $100,000 broken up as follows:-
1st Prize: US$ 40,000
2nd Prize: US$22,500
3rd Prize: US$15,000
4th Prize: US$10,000
5th Prize: US$ 7,500
6th Prize: US$ 5,000

最后六位参加决赛的选手都有现金奖励
总共奖金10万美圆分派如下：
第一名：4万美圆
第二名：2万2千5百美圆
第三名：1万5千美圆
第四名：1万美圆
第五名：7千5百美圆
第六名：5千美圆


Eligibility

All entrants must be able to provide evidence of the following standard of athletic achievement. However, such evidence will not constitute grounds for automatic entry to the tournament but is a minimum standard required to qualify for selection:-

所有参赛选手必须能够提供以下体能证明。这些证明不能保证选手能自动进入比赛，它只是获得参赛资格的最低标准。

run 10km in under 45 minutes
在45分钟内跑完10公里

run 2 miles in under 13 minutes
在13分钟内跑完2英里

swim 1.5km crawl non stop
不停歇慢游1.5公里

swim confidently in moving water up to grade 2
能在2级水流中自如的游泳

good kayaking skills
有很好的皮艇技术

ride a mountain bike at speed off road
必须能骑山地车在非公路上奔驰

good skills and awareness of equipment for rock climbing / abseiling

必须具备熟练使用攀岩和沿绳索下滑设备的技巧和意识。


intermediate understanding of navigation and map reading
有一定的导航和地图阅读能力

evidence of problem solving ability in outdoor sports situations
具有在户外运动情况下解决问题的能力

able to operate normally at altitude above 4500metres

In addition :-

Where necessary, we will request a video of at least 5 minutes duration which will be used to assess the applicant’s suitability for a prime time TV show.
我们需要申请者提供一个至少5分钟的录影带用来评估申请人是否合适晚间档电视节目的要求

All short-listed applicants will be asked to speak with a  representative of the Last1Standing team (usually by telephone).
所有通过初审的申请人将被要求与Last1Standing小组代表谈话（通常是通过电话）

All short-listed applicants will be asked to supply an authorized medical certificate (signed by a qualified physician which conforms to criteria set by Last1Standing’s medical advisers ).
所有通过初审的申请人将被要求提供权威的体检证明（由Last1Standing体检顾问指定医师签字认可）

Must sign a form. which says that once selected to compete that person recognizes that withdrawal from the competition for reasons other than authenticated injury will render them liable to legal action for breach of contract.
必须签署一个表格，比赛者一旦选择比赛，除非受到经过鉴定的伤害，否则退出比赛将接受违约的诉讼。


Competitors must sign a declaration upon acceptance of entry to the competition confirming that they do not have a criminal record; ingest restricted stimulants or will any way supply false information; or in any way bring the production into disrepute. Failure to abide by this declaration shall bring immediate disqualification from the competition and render the competitor liable to legal action for breach of contract.
参赛者在赛前必须签署一个声明，确认他们没有犯罪前科，没有吸食违禁药品或通过任何途径提供不真实的信息或通过任何途径损毁节目名声。一旦违反这个声明将被立即取消比赛资格并被追究违约责任。

Competitors must sign a release form. waiving all rights to income (except legitimately won prize money) from the proceeds of the programmes and any limitations on their appearance in any form. of media worldwide
参赛者必须签署一份让渡书，放弃从该节目中获得收入的所有权利（除开合理赢得的奖金）和对他们的肖像在全球媒体曝光的限制。



Disclaimer of Liability

免责声明
Must also provide certificated proof of insurance against their own personal  injury or death and against harm which they may cause to others or damage to property during the period of the whole event (including the traveling days in-between) .
必须同时提供一份经过证实有效的保险，保险内容包括：在整个赛事中参赛者的人身伤害、死亡和对其他人的人身和财产的伤害（包括比赛间隙行进途中）


Must sign a waiver absolving the programme Last1Standing and Hunan TV from any responsibility for physical harm to the competitor as a result of any aspect of their participation in the programme.
必须签署一份放弃书声明如果参赛者由于参加节目受到身体上的伤害，放弃追究Last1Standing节目和湖南卫视的责任。

All competitors should be able to converse comfortably in English.
所有参赛者能用英语进行交流
